1.
Options:
A. There will be a maximum of one
(1) manager option for a two year period in any division.
A manager without any child will receive one manager's option.
All managers’ options must be approved by the Board
of Director's.
B.
Within a two-year period in a division, a maximum of 4 coach’s
options will be allowed. With a maximum of two (2) options
allowed per year, utilizing up to two (2) options from within
the league and up to four (4) from outside the league. All
coach's options must be approved by the Board of Director's.
C.
Managers or coaches must be active with the designated team
or their child reverts to the player pool.
D.
There will be unlimited brother/sister options per team.
A brother/sister option is granted to any player who is new
to the division and requests to be placed on the same team
as his/her, brother/sister. All requests must be submitted
in writing to the Board of Director's
E.
Teams with options must take a bye for each option in the
age group of the player. Manager and coaches will begin in
the first (1st) round. Brother/sister options will begin
in the fourth (4th) round.
F.
All options will be noted on registration form for that player
as well as the Holdover Roster. These forms must be
given to player agent no less than two (2) weeks prior to
first scheduled try out.
G.
Not more than one (1) option will be given to any player
during that players period of eligibility in the Mustang
and Bronco Division.
2.
Free Agents:
A.
A hold over player, who wishes to go out for
the draft, may not be drafted by his former team or
farm team.(Delete)d
B.
A hold over player who does not have a team.
C.
A hold over player who signs up less than two (2) weeks prior
to the first try out.
D.
All free agents must attend at least one (1)
try out, else
the player will resort back to the player pool.

General Rules:
A.
A parent may become the manager of the team and take his/her
child with him/her after receiving approval from the Board
of Directors, except Rule 1 F. In this case the team losing
the player may receive that players new teams first (1st)
round draft pick in the proper age group. For this, there
must be approval by the Board of Directors prior to Draft.
B.
When the player agent has received enough registrations to
fill the present teams, any subsequent sign ups will be placed
in the player pool.
C.
The player agent will present each team manager with his
team sign ups (holdovers and options) and the try out list.
4.
Drafting Procedure:
A.
Hold over lists will be confirmed.
B.
Options will be confirmed.
C.
All managers will be informed of byes by age group.
D.
Drafting will be done in reverse order of finish from the
previous season.
E.
Drafting will begin with the oldest age group.
F.
There will be a three (3) minute time limit per team pick.
G.
In each age group, as long as there are enough
players to equal out all teams, each team without a manager
or coaches option will draft in the first (1st) round. (Deleted)
H.
Compensation draft will start in the second (2nd)
round with the team or teams that have the fewest
players on the roster in that age group. Those will draft
until they reach the team with the next fewest players. This
process will continue until all teams have the same number
of players in
that particular age group. Once this is complete the
regular draft process continues in the second
(2nd) round with options now in affect. (Added)
5.
Player Pool:
A.
After draft, teams in each age group will draw
players from the player pool/hat maintained by
the Board of Directors. Players
will be placed on teams based on headcount requirements,
regardless of age, and based on order of draft.

Players assigned to a team after the season has started,
will donate a fee according to the Following formula: (regular
donation) times (percentage of games remaining).
