This pertains to the following rules of the FBI amendments:

• Pinto: Rule 1G
• Mustang: Rule 3
• Bronco: Rule 3
• Pony: Rules 1 & 2 regarding Substitution.

If a child does not get their minimum time play by the proper innings, or the child is removed from the game prior to making minimum play, the following penalties will be imposed:

• First Offense: Forfeiture of the game in question.
• Second Offense: Forfeiture of the game in question, and the manager will be suspended for the next game and will come before the board immediately for review.

The intention of this rule is to make sure all players get a chance to play in a game and get in at the proper time as specified in the above mentioned rules.
