1.
The League All leagues will be formed under the direction and jurisdiction
of the Board of Directors of Fremont Baseball, Inc.
2. Divisions The Divisions are
comprised of players in the five (5) Divisions by the following
age groups:
Shetland
age five (5) and six (6)
Pinto age seven (7) and eight (8)
Mustang age nine (9) and ten (10)
Bronco age eleven (11) and twelve (12)
Pony age thirteen (13) and fourteen (14)
Colt -age fifteen (15) and sixteen (16)
3. Team
holdovers and all options must be signed up no later than two
(2) weeks before the first scheduled try out.
4. Teams
will carry a team roster of no less than twelve (12) or no
more than fifteen (15) active players, as player pool permits.
5.
Pinto players will be assigned teams.
6. New players
to the Mustang, Broncos, Pony, and Colt Divisions
will be distributed by Draft (see Drafting Rules).
7.
Mustang, Bronco, and Pony teams with
the same team number, with holdovers will remain with the same
farm system unless they elect to become free agents. (Deleted)
8.
No player shall be permitted to participate in any activity
with any team until a completed application for registration,
donation fee, and Emergency Release Form are received by their
respective Player Agent.
9.
The final team roster will be completed and confirmed by both
the respective Division Representatives and the Board of Directors
within 2 weeks following the draft, and no later than two (2)
weeks prior to the first league game. (Modified/New)
10.
Any player, who is on a team roster (whether by holdover sign
up, draft, or placement from player pool) and chooses not to
play for that team, shall be ineligible to participate in Fremont
Baseball, Inc. for the current season unless approved by Board
of Directors.
11. Once
a player has missed more than four (4) consecutive games, a
manager must notify the Player Agent to check on the reason
for the extended absence.
12. No player
may be dropped from a team without prior approval from
the Board. Any player being dropped from a roster must
be notified in writing by his team manager with a copy of such written notice being forwarded to the Board
of Directors. (Added) Such a notice must indicate
the reason(s) the player is being dropped.
13. The
parent/guardian of the a player may submit in writing to the
Division Director that player remain on a lower league team.
This player must attend one (1) tryout and be reviewed by that
league's managers. The recommendation of those managers will
be acted upon by the Board of Director's.
14. Recruiting
within the division. Recruiting within the same Division’s "other
teams" is not allowed. Recruiting of players from other leagues
is encouraged.
